These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by NekoBill ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
2. Services & Billing
Services are billed in advance on the billing cycle you select. Invoices are due on their stated due date. We may suspend or terminate services with overdue invoices in accordance with our billing policy.
3. Acceptable Use
Your use of the services is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited activities may result in suspension or termination without refund.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel a service at any time from your client area. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NekoBill shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
