This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines prohibited uses of the services provided by NekoBill. Violations may result in suspension or termination without refund.
1. Prohibited Content
You may not use the services to host or distribute illegal content, malware, phishing pages, or material that infringes intellectual property rights.
2. Network Abuse
Spam, unsolicited bulk email, denial-of-service attacks, port scanning, and any attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems are strictly prohibited.
3. Resource Usage
You may not use shared resources in a way that degrades service for other customers. We may enforce fair-use limits on CPU, memory, and I/O.
4. Reporting Abuse
Suspected violations can be reported to our support team. We investigate all reports and cooperate with law enforcement where appropriate.
